Ingredients
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons corn salsa, store bought or homemade
- 2 Great Day Farms Hard-Boiled Eggs
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika
Instructions
Toast the bread as desired in a toaster oven or traditional toaster.
While the bread is toasting mash up the avocado and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.
When the bread is done toasting spread it evenly with desired amount of avocado mixture.
Top each slice of toast with one tablespoon of corn salsa.
Thinly slice the hard boiled eggs and layer on top of the corn salsa.
Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
