- 1 Sweet Potato, Sliced Lengthwise
- Hummus
- Great Day Farms Hard-Boiled Egg, Sliced
- Tomato
- Spinach Leaves
- Shredded Bacon
Instructions
Place the sweet potato slice in a toaster on medium heat and toast as normal. It may take a couple rounds to get it soft.
Carefully remove and spread a bit of hummus on it.
Top it with sliced egg, tomato, spinach leaves, and shredded bacon.
