Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs diced
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric spice
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until mixed well.
Can be served over leafy greens, on bread as a sandwich or on crackers.
